Our Machinery  

With the equipment in our workshop and our experienced fabricators we are able to tackle nearly all fabrication no matter how big or small in steel , stainless steel or aluminium . We offer a full fabrication service including painting, galvanizing or polishing once the job is finished . Our engineers can also be hired to work on site where required .

Our in house machinery consists of the following –

Mig / Tig and Arc Welding Units

All are engineers are trained in all 3 of these welding processes . We can weld in steel , stainless steel or aluminium .

Band-Saws and Rotary Steel Cutters

Our saws enable us to accurately cut both small section steel up to large RSJ / Universal Columns .

Haco 3m x 6mm Guillotine

Our guillotine is brand new and cuts from 0.5mm – 6mm thick material up to 3m long to within 0.5 mm accuracy .

4m x 180 ton CNC Press Brake

Our press is our most advanced piece of equipment . With this machine we are able to fold and produce both complex and simple bends in all materials . It will produce bends in up to 10mm thick steel plate . We can use it for both heavy plate 8 / 10mm thick right down to 1mm thick plate . It is 5 axis cnc making it extremely accurate and fast .

Section Rolling

Our section rolls can roll box section and tube up to 70mm wide into rings or radiuses of any size. Drilling and Punching

We can punch holes using our ironworkers up to 30mm in diameter in material up to 16mm thick. And we are able to drill all materials to almost any size.

We also have a 12m x 6m spray bay and our trained paint sprayers can provide a good finish to any size fabrication.
